Acoustic Flexible Connection

Acoustic flexible connections (also referred to as expansion joints) safeguard systems from vibration, while controlling airstream breakout noise. The dB Noise Reduction team has extensive experience in developing acoustically rated flexible connections for a variety of custom configurations and a range of needs.

Designed for performance, our acoustic flexible connections effectively manage noise reduction, movement absorption and system stress. They incorporate an acoustic pillow, with an exterior acoustic barrier, and are available with either EPDM or PTFE flex membranes.

dB Noise Reduction® acoustic flexible connections are acoustically rated. This means that we can tell you what your resulting breakout noise level will be when you use our acoustic flexible connections.
