How to add a shortcut of the dB Noise Reduction® website and web apps.

Welcome to: How to Add a short-cut of the dB Noise Reduction® website to your desktop. In this segment we will go through the process of adding a short-cut of dBNR's site to your personal desktop on a Windows computer.

First, open your preferred browser.
This may be Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari. I am using Google Chrome.
Go to our website www.dbnoisereduction.com.
When you arrive at our site, re-size your window so that you can see both your desktop and the browser.
Click your left mouse button and hold while you drag the symbol on the left of the address bar towards your desktop. This will create a short-cut to that page on your personal desktop.
If you wish, you may change the name of the short-cut by clicking the right mouse button on the short-cut and clicking "rename". Now you can type in a name for the short-cut.
The process is very similar for all browsers. For example, when using Internet Explorer simply follow the same process, go to our site, re-size the window, left click on the E symbol beside the URL and drag towards your desktop.

How to Access dB Noise Reduction's Silencer Selection Tool

Welcome to the dB Noise Reduction® Silencer Selection Tool. In this segment we will discuss how to access the selection tool or sign up for a login.
To access dB Noise Reduction's Silencer Selection Tool visit our website at www.dbnoisereduction.com. Click on the Web Apps button on the right side of the navigation bar.

You will arrive at the Web Apps page which lists available programs including: the Rectangular Silencer Selection Tool, the Circular Silencer Selection Tool. Click on the program you wish to use.
This will take you to the dB Online Web Apps Login page. On this page you will be able to enter your username and password.
Additionally, you will have the option to save your log in information to a cookie on your personal computer allowing you to avoid having to login every time. This will give you quick access to your selection. To select this option you must check the box beside "Remember Me" checkbox.

If you do not have a username and password yet, click on "Click here" to sign up for one. The Sign Up Page requires information such as: Company name, First name, Last name, Email Address, Phone number, and Company Website.
